Detailed description is This Facebook Page is ran by Klingner & Associates, P.C., and dedicated to project developments of the New Elementary School at the Monroe Site of QPS172. Klingner & Associates is proud to be part of the design team for the new $89M Bond Project, of the Quincy Public School District’s new facilities project. The entire district is gaining new, high-performing energy efficient facilities to minimize maintenance costs. The world class facilities will provide an outstanding environment for students to thrive within their early educational journey.. . The Klingner team has the premier position of all Firms involved, by providing architectural, conceptual site planning, layout and engineering design services for the first of the new facilities; truly setting the benchmark for the rest of the project. Monroe Elementary School will be the first one to be built. This 67,000 SF one-story school facility will utilize architectural precast concrete wall panel construction, and steel rod framing, throughout the building. This facility will prove to be high-performing with a high level of energy efficiency and minimized maintenance costs for the District, for the next 30 years.. . In addition to the services provided for the Monroe site, Klingner will be conducting peer-reviews of other firms designs, to further reduce the risk of any design issues on the buildings for the Quincy Public School District.. .
