Born in New York City, Gray Devio, songwriter, producer, vocalist, violinist, violist, pianist and guitarist began his studies at the age of 3, and began writing, arranging and digitally sequencing original material at age 7.
By the time he was 11, Gray and his violin had performed in many of the major concert halls in New York City, including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall and Merkin Concert Hall.
He accepted an invitation to perform in Tchaikovsky Hall and other leading concert halls in Moscow, and has made many appearances on television and radio.
Pre-College, Gray attended the Juilliard School of Music in New York City for 4 years, studying performance, composition, conducting, theory and solfége.
Having been concertmaster of the Symphony and principal violist of both the Symphony and Orchestra, Gray graduated from Juilliard in the Spring of 1999.
To continue his education after Juilliard, Gray attended Brown University for studies in music engineering, computer science, business and marketing.
After his inspiring years at Brown, he returned to New York to continue performing and start his own talent and production company.
Since then Gray has shared the stage with celebrity acts all over the world, as well as having performed at and produced events for countless high-end private and corporate clients.
Between events and performances, he devotes his time to writing and producing original music and videos.
Gray, along with his friend and production partner, Gozzi, is proud to share the continued development of their creative and engineering partnership together as “New Ordinance.”.

New York City native, Gozzi, is a versatile percussionist and an award winning producer, DJ and remixer.
Regarded as a dynamic musical entrepreneur, he has worked with some of the industry’s most innovative artists and producers, some them including Tito Puente Jr., Kevin Lyttle, Vassy and Nick Cannon.
Gozzi’s love for music began to develop from the early age of 6, when he received his first drum set from his father.
According to Gozzi, “my drum instructors always pushed me to do better and helped me realize my potential was greater than I believed.
This encouragement drove my confidence to believe that I could accomplish anything.” A graduate of the prestigious Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in New York, Gozzi furthered his education by receiving a bachelor’s degree in music from Five Towns College in New York.
From performing in various bands to operating as a professional audio engineer, his unique ear for sound and musicality eventually led him to DJ’ing at some of the hottest nightclubs across the US.
Records aren’t the only tools he uses while spinning, as he also incorporates drumming and percussion to enhance the overall experience for his audiences.
As a remixer for Tarakon and Atlantic Records, Gozzi‘s remixes include Car Radio by the Twenty One Pilots, Ciao Adios by Anne Marie, and Nothing to Lose by Vassy.
Gozzi’s song, Say it Loud, will be the 2017 Theme song for the American Cancer Society’s Breast Cancer Walk across NYC.
Along with being a producer and editor for Crooklyn Clan, one of the largest DJ music sources, Gozzi has his own radio mix shows on Long Island’s Party 105.3 FM, California's own Rhythm 105.9 FM, Miami's Hit Music Station Y100, West Palm Beach’s Power 107.4 FM, Chicago’s Dance Factory and Dash Radio.
Having met by sharing the stage and performing together on multiple occasions at high-end private and corporate events, Gozzi and Gray Devio formed an immediate musical bond.
Off-stage, discovering that they had much of the same taste in music, as well as a massive arsenal of talents that complemented each other, the clear road to original music partnership was paved.
