It is here that Niki Vlahoulis and her husband started a family business almost 50 years ago, making extra-virgin olive oil from the olives grown in their orchard. Niki’s extra-virgin olive oil comes solely from the Koroneiki olive tree, which has grown in this village for over 3,000 years and is considered one of the world’s finest. . . The olives are handpicked from November to February each year and painstakingly selected for premium quality. The oil is then immediately cold-pressed just a few hours after harvest to preserve its unique and rich flavor, pleasing to any discriminating palate. . . For Niki, this has been both a life-long passion and her means of sustenance. Sadly, she was just 32 when her husband passed away unexpectedly, leaving her to raise her six children on her own. She has devoted her life to her children and the olive trees on her land to produce this amazing olive oil. She and the entire Vlahoulis family is proud to now share it with you.
