Detailed description is This group is for all students--former, current, or future--of the NKU American English Language Program. The American English Language Program (AELP) at Northern Kentucky University offers English language classes to students from around the world who wish to improve their grammar, writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills. Graduates of our six-level English program typically go on to study in one of the many undergraduate and graduate degree programs offered at NKU. Enrollment in our program also helps students gain valuable English language skills to perform well on the TOEFL and IELTS tests, improve their careers or job possibilities, and develop confidence to live, study, and work in an English language environment.
