North Mountain Vineyard was established in 1982, making us one of the oldest vineyards in the state. We are 100% estate grown(meaning to sufficiently grow all varietals on the property) growing 10 varietals; 5 whites and 5 reds. Our winemaker, a Geologist for the USGS in Reston,VA, strives to create balanced award-winning wines that reflect the rich and unique terrior that is the Shenandoah Valley AVA. ~Simplicity is Key~
