Detailed description is The Norwayne HPAC partnered with Rails to Trails of Wayne County to create an app for the County Line Trail and host annual races on the trail! HPAC (Health Professions Affinity Community) is an extracurricular activity sponsored by NEOMED which is designed to help students identify and address health disparities in their community. The Norwayne HPAC, made up Norwayne High School students and several talented community members, is partnered with Rails to Trails of Wayne County and has developed an app for the County Line Trail which encourages physical activity and use of the trail. To promote the app and the County Line Trail, the Norwayne HPAC hosts an annual 5k, 10k, and Rainbow Run (color run) on the trail every April. The Norwayne HPAC is so happy you've stopped by and hope that you will be able to get involved with their wonderful project in some capacity!
