The vision of One Thousand Schools is to build 1000 schools in Honduras to offer opportunity through education in areas of high need. Hey - Sagar and Anderson here and we need your help! Sagar and I first met in college on a service trip to Honduras as Maryland Students. The education that Sagar and I gained at University of Maryland is a luxury that not everyone can enjoy. Without an education, it's hard to imagine where we might be today!. . This is why we've set out to build 1000 schools in Honduras. We're hoping to provide opportunity through education to children in the most gang-ridden country on the planet. Education means that children have a higher chance of increased income and most importantly of avoiding gang activity.
