This page will promote our charities, events and encourage mental wellness through laughter, music and hopefullness. . . Our founder, Lyn Cooper has not only survived child abuse, and life long mental health issues, she has prevailed over them to live a life full of hope and happiness today. . She has written an autobiographical play (Outside The Box-One Woman's Odyssey) that we are mounting several times this year in London, Ontario for several local charities.. We have many other events in development too!. We want to share the journey of wellness with you, to inspire and motivate you and raise funds for charities that support those facing mental health issues.. .
