To give families a safe, local and affordable summer care (10 weeks) for their children. OUMC"s staff are members of our church, our community, and devoted to making your child's summer camp experience one that is memorable and enriching. Our low camp counselor to student ratio will lend itself to more meaningful interactions and allow for appropriate supervision. . . . . Fees:. . Weekly fee is $100 per child. No discount for multiple children. Non-refundable registration fee is $75. You can download the Summer Camp Registration Packet in the section called Summer Camp Registration Packet.. . Program will run May 27 (depending on school makeup days) through August 12. Parents will be allowed to pick 2 weeks of unpaid vacation, depending on their personal schedules, 8 weeks of paid camp are required to attend. Proposed vacation weeks must be turned in by March 22. If no weeks are selected it will be assumed that the child will be at camp every week and parents will be responsible for 10 weeks of tuition.. . Payment Policy:. . Payments are due the Friday before each week of camp. First week's payment would be due on May 24. Payment will be made with Church Secretary during normal business hours. If a family falls 2 weeks behind a notice will be given and payment will be required immediately for child to remain enrolled in camp.
