This beautifully decorated and spacious home offers wonderful ocean views from the living area, upper and lower covered porches. This home also features an elevated wooden walkway to the dune top deck with stairs down to the beach. This home is a reverse floor plan so the Living, Dining and kitchen areas are on the top level and there is a Queen Sleep Sofa in the living area. Master Bedroom #1 is on the top level and has a King bed and private bath. There is also a common area half bath on the top level. The middle level has Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, Bedroom #3 with 2 Single beds and Bedroom #4 which is a Master bedroom with a King bed and private bath. There is also a common area full bathroom on this middle level. This exceptionally furnished home offers all of the amenities listed below as well as providing both Free Unlimited Long Distance, both carpeting and hardwood floors and providing baby equipment which includes a highchair and a port-a-crib. NO PETS are permitted in this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. Weekly Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $150.00, per week for the Bath Package is $90.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $230.00-not including tax or bed making service.
