Relax and have fun with family and friends away from the noise & stresses of the city.. You can also rent the property for Family gatherings, company picnics or other outdoor events.. A Deposit is required at time of Reservation when booking a private event.. Our Day Use prices are: . $15.00 per person for age 2 and older. Kids under the age of 2 are free.. We do not accept credit cards. CASH Only.. You need to call ahead each time to make sure we are open and have reservations available.. Since we do private events, we are not always open..
