Detailed description is Parent Talk is a support group offered to parents with children age 0 through age 5 who have special needs in the Duluth, MN area. Parent Talk is a support group for parents with children with special needs. This parent group is provided through a collaborative between Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) and Early Childhood Special Eduation (ECSE). We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. Each group will offer a topic for the month as well as time for parents to ask questions or share their experiences.
