Detailed description is Pavue Farms was originally located in Greenally, Qc where it got its name "Panoramic View Farm" for it's remarkable view. In 1973, the farm was expropriated due to the construction of highway 55. My grandfather then decided to buy the farm in Richmond QC. and renamed the farm "Pa" from "Panoramic" and "vue" from view. So the new prefix became "Pavue". My parents have owned the farm since 1997 and we are family owned and operated. The herd has grown to 120 cattle with 77 milking cows. The herd consists primarily of Holsteins, with 11 jerseys. The current classification is 12 EX, 35 VG and 38 GP with a herd average of 10 033 kilos and a BCA of 229 253 242.
