She believes that intrinsic motivation is the key to success in gymnastics, CrossFit, and athletics in general. Her experience as both a personal trainer and a competitive gymnastics coach has allowed her to work with a broad range of athletes from beginner to elite. Not only that, but Katlin also has extensive experience working with senior adults improving their quality of life through working with them on functional movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
