Detailed description is With a respect for Langley's history, I desire to stride into the future with efficiency and innovation. I'm seeking Langley City Council Position #5 to put my skills to work. Candidate for Langley City Council Position #5.. . My life's experiences have include VP of Boeing (retired); instrumental in founding Seattle University's Executive Leadership Program; recipient of the Seattle University Outstanding Alumnus Award; WICA board member for six years; mentor at Waldorf School; Executive Committee of the Museum of Flight Board; Executive Committee of the Aviation Accreditation Board International; active in the Experimental Aviation Association's Young Eagles program; and working to assist my wife, Anna Marie who was a founding member of Mother Mentors of Whidbey Island. These activities, and others, have convined me that service to the community is important. I now aspire to contribute the skils I have accummulated over the years toward a civic role in the city I love.. . I have lived on Whidbey Island for 15 years, and in the City of Langley, six of those years.
