Detailed description is Two cabins with fantastic views of Lake Tenkiller above Pettit Bay on Pettit Mountain.One cabin has 3 bedrooms and one bath.Smaller cabin has one large room, rock fireplace, granite countertops.
Covered porch and cedar rockers.
Both cabins have log beds.
We have two places on Pettit Mountain overlooking Pettit Bay on Lake Tenkiller available for vacation rentals.
The smaller cabin has one room, suited for 2 people, and a bathroom with tub/shower.
It has been completely remodeled and has wonderful views of the lake.
We still have lots of landscaping to do.
It has a cozy, mountain feel, and the breezes come off the lake as you sit on the back porch watching the boats.
The larger cabin has 3 bedrooms and is perfect for a family of 4-6.
Any more than that would be too crowded.
One small bathroom with tub/shower.
Incredible views.
It is older & still has several finishing touches that are needed.
We are scraping paint outside, staining the knotty pine inside, doing landscaping, etc.
It has a leather sectional sofa, TV with Dish Network, games and puzzles, and a beautiful custom made cedar dining set.
Wood stove for winter.
It has a large master bedroom with king-log-memory foam bed, smaller "shabby chic" bedroom with pillow-top queen, and a kid's room with bunk bed.
The kitchen is small but has everything you need.
There is a laundry room and a small charcoal grill and picnic table.
We had wanted to wait to start renting it until everything was done, but we've had too many people asking for a place to enjoy some family time.
Both places have boat parking, and are next door to each other.
Non-smoking, no pets.
Quiet neighborhood so not good for the party crowd.
Minimum age for rental is 25, and renter needs to stay on site.
The boat launch at Pettit Bay is 6 minutes away.
The Pettit Bay Store below us was recently purchased and remodeled.
Their diner is now the "happenin'" place on Saturday night.
The cabins are being remodeled and will be very nice.
