Detailed description is Located on the grounds of the former Clemens Timber Mill, we are a community meeting place designed to accommodate 12-299 people. In 2000 the local scout leaders envisioned a cabin where they could meet. Eight years later their vision had grown with the acquisition of more property than they had ever dreamed of. The Philomath Scout Lodge opened it's doors in the fall of 2008. We are located on 58 beautiful acres of secluded wetlands and natural habitat. As an event venue, we are a community meeting place with conference rooms for 12-50, and our Great Hall has room for up to 299. Our beautiful timber lodge boasts a gorgeous fieldstone fireplace, and large picture windows showcase the coastal range including Mary's Peak.
