Requirements for Joining:. Minimum GPA: 2.5 . Completed minimum 12 credits at Rutgers University. Enrolled fulltime at the University. . New Member Fees: $400/semester. . Membership Expectations: Uphold a GPA of minimum 2.5, Pay member dues on time, Minimum of 15 community service hours. . Hazing Policy:. Open social functions, meaning those planned activities conducted by a chapter where alcohol is present with unrestricted . access to alcohol by non-members of the Fraternity, who do not have a specific invitation, shall be prohibited. . 3. The purchase or use of a bulk quantity or common source(s) of alcoholic beverages by a chapter is prohibited.. 4. No chapter shall permit, tolerate, encourage or participate in “drinking games” at a chapter-sponsored event. . 5. The possession, sale and/or use of any illegal drugs or controlled substances at any chapter house, chapter-sponsored or cosponsored event, or at any event that an observer would associate with the chapter, is strictly prohibited. . 6. No alcoholic beverages may be purchased through the chapter treasury nor may the purchase of same for the members or . guests be undertaken or coordinated by any member in the name of or on behalf of the chapter. . 7.
