Detailed description is Cottage for rent on Cordova Lake features stunning sunsets, great swimming, Kayaks, Canoeing, a paddle boat, outdoor activities and more. Accommodates 7. The Space. . Pine Point has three distinct water front areas utilizing the 463' of waterfront. In the morning enjoy coffee on the east dock, during the day tan and swim on the main south waterfront, and in the evening watch the sun go down while sipping a glass of wine on the west waterfront.. . There are two kayaks, one canoe, a paddleboat, horsheshoe pits, outdoor dart board, ping pong table, outdoor woodstove for roasting marshmallows, a stereo with line in for iPods, phones etc. Lots and lots of board games, lounge chairs, floaties for the lake and more!. . Guest Access. . Guests have access to the main 3 bedroom cabin.. . Interaction with Guests. . You have complete privacy at Pine Point. If you wish, I can make myself available to take guests on boat tours of the lake, tubing or water skiing and I have separate host quarters to lodge in. In most cases, I will be there to greet you and give a brief tour of the accommodations and some cottage tips.. . In cases where I cannot personally meet guests, my parents who live a few minutes away, will greet you — and they are always nearby in case of emergency.. . The Neighbourhood. . The closest towns are Havelock, Marmora and Campbellford. All have shops, gorcery and hardware stores to cover all of your basic needs.. . The nearest hospital is in Campbellford - approx 40 mins away.. . Other Things to Note. . Please advise of any peanut or other allergies. Peanuts are often in the cottage as guest can hand feed the local Chipmunks, Steve and Magoo. Also Shirley The Squirrel likes peanuts too!
