Detailed description is The house is located in the heart of the downtown area, just a short walk away from the World Famous Hot Springs and the beautiful San Juan River. Point View Properties is owned by two couples from New Mexico who have been long-time friends. The four of us enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing and music festivals, making Pagosa Springs one of our favorite vacation destinations. . . On a visit to the Four Corners Folk Festival in 2008 we came across this property for sale and fell in love with it. The location was perfect, the house was in good condition and we knew it had potential. Since then we've been working tirelessly to transform our place into the cozy, welcoming retreat it is today.
