Owners Robert Carrington and Sarah Russell couldn't find pasta to fill their bellies after a long, active day.
Rob's previous experience in Italian fare as a chef in Boulder, Colorado seemed to be just what our little town was missing.
The idea of Pom created an excitement for simple and fresh food available fast.
The two set out to find a spot on Broadway to create a quaint little eatery to pick up to-go orders for lunch at the office or sit down with the family on our beautiful patio.
