I also believe that what we eat has significant effects on our "internal environment" and can either assist or compromise our bodies natural ability to heal. In our modern society processed foods, sugars and unbalanced diets have significantly contributed to the increase in obesity and diet related illness especially type 2 diabetes. We often don't get the nutrients the body needs for optimal function and healing. I recognized the need to address these issues to further optimize the health of my clients. I have integrated into my practice Nutrition Response Testing, a individualized clinical nutrition approach and the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. . .
