PSVS is a mixed animal veterinary service, providing services ranging from the smallest kitten to the largest yak.. . At this time, PSVS is a mobile, at-home or on-farm practice; however, some hospitalization services are provided. It is our goal at PSVS to expand in the very near future to both a mobile and hospital veterinary practice. Our practice will focus on companion animal wellness, senior care, equine wellness/ internal medicine, and livestock herd medicine. Dr. Marsh's specialties include Equine Performance Horse Medicine/ Reproduction as well as Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine for all species. . . Dr. Marsh is assisted by Tina Bloxham, Licensed Veterinary Technician, who is known region-wide for her unparalleled cage-side manner and compassion with patients and owners alike.
