Gia Palacorolla moved to the Outer Banks from Ellicott City, MD in 2013.
She studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise and Health Promotion at Virginia Tech and proceeded to put that knowledge to work within various employee engagements within the VT Intramural & Sport Clubs departments, YMCA of Edinboro, PA and Cary, NC.
In addition to her education, Gia's love for business and entrepreneurial spirit led her to various start-ups & management positions outside of her industry..

Passionate about the water, the move to the OBX was a natural fit! No single approach works for all, and therefore Gia is continually stimulated by accredited continuing education programs led by American College of Sports Medicine, Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, Spinning Indoor Cycling, etc.
In 2015, Gia was accepted into The Pure Classical Method of Pilates apprenticeship...a true gift to bring home to the OBX to be enjoyed by anyone at any age! In 2017, Gia is advancing her knowledge of meditation and looks forward to sharing her insight with current and future clients!.

In her free time, Gia loves to go boating, or anything outside for that matter, in the company of her K-9, Medusa! .
