Detailed description is Fantastic 6 Berth Static Caravan to rent located 2 minuets walk from the heart of the entertainment complex at Presthaven Sands . Thank you for looking at our Caravan page. . . Our caravan is a 6 berth static caravan consisting of 1 spacious double bedroom comprising of built in wardroabs, Tv and en-suit bathroom.. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds in with TV.. . There is also a pull out double bed in the living area so enough space for 6 guests.. . The lounge consists of a wrap around settee, A swivel armchair providing plenty room for seating, fireplace with electric fire, a coffee table and storage space. There is also a dining table and chairs . . The kitchen has everything you would expect for food preparation and cooking, including cooker with 4 ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a full compliment of pans, and utensils along with plates,cups, glasses etc.. . The bathroom has an enclosed shower cubicle, sink with mirrored upper cupboard. . . The caravan is alarmed for peace of mind.. . Gas and Electric is in with the charge but site passes are not.. . There is enough space for two cars to be parked at the side of the caravan.. . We have a spacious balcony area with Tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine after a day in the pool or at the beach which is only a 5 min walk away.. There is no wifi in the caravan but in the Boathouse this is free which is less than 2 minutes walk away.. . The main Entertainment Complex is a couple of minutes walk away which includes 3 bar areas with evening entertainment also a Children's Club with daily activities.They have the Live lounge which is a huge bar area with a stage for all your favourite entertainment. there is the Mash & Barrel bar which is very similar to a Yates's whee you can get food and then theres the owners lounge "the carousel".. theres also an Arcade area with a Burger King and Pappa Johns Pizza.. . Outside there are 2 play areas for the children. one for older children and one for toddlers. there are several astro turf courts for either basketball or football. . There is an ariel Adventure park like "go ape" and also a go kart track.. The site comprises of 2 indoor heated swimming pools, a lazy river and outdoor pool. On site there is also a Convenience Shop, Laundrette and chippy.. .
