Bridges Youth Services Trust has come across an opportunity to help two young families achieve the kiwi dream of home ownership. We will do this through renovating two existing houses through community support and service, with 100% of the profit from the renovation becoming the families deposit for their first homes.. . The families have been carefully selected, are outstanding members of our community, who have served and volunteered many hours to serve the wellbeing of their local community. . . We are looking to collaborate with local trade people and businesses to fund the renovation. We believe that, apart from the feel good factor of helping our local community, businesses will benefit from the exposure we will be able to offer them through this project. .
