In 2013 I had my first Reiki treatment, and it was a very healing experience, I did not anticipate how strong the energy healing session would be or the impact it would have on me. This began my spiritual journey. I started to realize how important our "life energy" is and how very little time we spend nourishing it. . . I decided to take my Reiki Level I, I loved every minute of it. I knew Reiki was going to be a big part of my future, I also knew that in order to be a holistic healer and work with energy, you have to work on yourself and do some soul searching, healing and cleansing. This lead me to the next step of my journey. I signed up for a Spiritual Healing workshop called Awakening the Illuminated Heart, it was life changing. Four days of soul searching, healing, meditation and LOVE! My Reiki was at a whole new level and I knew I was ready for more learning, soon after that came Reiki Level II, Advanced and last May I received my Reiki Master Certification. . . I have had some lingering health issues that were making my life a little challenging so I took sometime off work to deal with them, while off I was searching for some holistic methods of healing that compliment and support Reiki. I came across Reflexology. I educated myself on it's benefits and before you know it I was enrolled in the course. . I have just completed my Indian Head Massage course and am currently working on my case studies as part of my certification. . . It's amazing how the Universe works and things just fall into place.
