IBD believes that building strong partnerships with salons is the foundation to success.. . . For my clients:. You will NEVER have to share items that can't properly be sanitized/disinfected. Each client has their own personal hand file!. . All drill bits, cutical pusher and clippers will be cleaned with the proper cleaning products!. . No wait times, your appointment will begin as scheduled. Please be on time.. . Policies- Please review before booking an appointment.. . *24+ Hours notification required for cancellations. If you need to cancel/change an appointment please try to do so with at least 24 hours notice. The sooner the better if you need to reschedule. If there are continuous last minute cancellations, I reserve the right to refuse service, and discontinue bookings. This isn't to be harsh, it's to protect myself. If you feel as though you can't make your scheduled appointments just let me know as soon as you can. I am understanding when things come up, but if it happens every time then it becomes a problem. Thanks for understanding =). . *Deliberate no shows are not tolerated and may result in not being rebooked. If your not going to come even if your deciding not to come 5 minuets before, please contact me Via facebook, Text or Phone call. I wont get mad at you, I'd appreciate that you canceled instead of me waiting around for an appointment that isn't going to happen.. . I do send reminder messages the day before booked appointments but if for any reason you don't receive one you are still responsible for making your appointment. Please contact me if you think you will be late usually it's not a problem but if its over 15 mins it could interfere with the rest of my day so try and let me know if possible.. . -This should not affect my regular, reliable clients that make it to their appointments on time every time. Which I do appreciate so much! ♡ Thank you for understanding.. . *Fills. Most clients go 3-4 weeks between appointments. Your nails are an investment and need to be maintained. When your nails grow so does the support and reinforcement I build. If left too long breakage may occur. Some ladies can go 4-5 weeks without any issues, everyone's different. I will tell you at your fill time.. . *Nail bitters. Please realize you need to come probably 2 weeks later for a fill to start. No more than that till your nails have grown and show they're strong enough to go longer. Your nails are fragile and delicate and need more attention. Once they've grown even a bit the strength I've put in grows out and that gives you an unbalanced nail. You need to be committed or it's a waste of time and money. Keep that in mind if your deciding to get nails and your a nail biter. You can have beautiful hands!!!. . I DO NOT fill other people's work. Please come without nails or know you will be charge for removal and new set in that case.. . *No IOU's. Payment is to be made time of service. :) . . Thanks gals!
