SUP Yoga, SUP Lessons, Sales, and Rental!!! . . Established in 2014, QC SUP is Regina’s first SUP specific retailer. We are the first shop in town to offer weekly SUP yoga classes out on the water. We also offer certified Paddle Canada lessons. QC SUP can also do birthday parties, we’ll bring the boards and the toys, you provide the fun!. . Owners, Chris Bailey and Kristal McBain are first and foremost SUP enthusiasts. We want to share our love for the sport with you. Kristal is the head yoga teacher, trained and certified by our friends at StandupPaddle Vancouver. Chris is the the head instructor, and holds his SUP Advanced Flatwater Instructor level from Paddle Canada. Together, they have two beautiful sons who you’ll often see with them out on the water.. . At QC SUP we’ve focused on inflatable SUPs by Red Paddle Co. Why? Because iSUPs are more durable , more versatile and more fun, AND Red boards are the leaders in the iSUP industry (read all about Red iSUPs here). They fit nicely into the included super comfy carry bag (with wheels) so transportation is a breeze, and they inflate with the provided pump in a few minutes (easier than loading and unloading a rigid SUP board to the roof). Throw it in your trunk, or on an airplane, or your back and bike to the beach, you’ll never run out of ways to have fun with your Red.. . We are happy to meet you for a free demo and mini lesson if you’ve never tried standup paddle boarding before. If you’re ready to get out and play, but not ready to buy yet, we’ll rent you a board for a few hours, the day or the weekend.
