Quiet Harbor offers accommodations to each of our residents such as a 1&1/2 acre-lake that is privately stocked for recreation. Lawn care and snow removal is provided, adding to the carefree life-style we enjoy here. A club room for recreation, meetings, family reunions, ect. water and sewer paid for each month, garbage removal, storm shelter, and to-home mail delivery! Here in Creston, Iowa we are conveniently located near a variety of different restaurants, shopping, healthcare, and parks for other recreation such as camping and fishing. We are located only an hour southwest of our capitol, Des Moines, where one can enjoy other activities of their choice without traveling too far from home. Being a "smaller community" makes for easy travel without the daily hassle of fast-paced traffic in larger cities. Creston has a population of around 7,800.
