Detailed description is General contractor specializing in custom homes, garages, additions and any other building projects including renovation and remodel Quinn's Building Service is a general contracting company founded by Marty Quinn in january of 2013 after the separation (owners pursued own niches) of his previous company Elite Concrete and Construction that he previously owned and operated with his three other members since 2004. Marty has been doing construction in the black hills for over 20 years. QBS works with many reputable local subcontractors and suppliers that we have maintained working relationships with since inception with all 4 original owners. Today we strive to provide the highest level quality and satisfaction in the industry at any project we do. We like to keep as much of the process in house as possible to ensure quality control and be as economically priced as possible. recently we have added our DBA on that is Quinn's Landscaping and Excavating ran by Marty's son Tanner. Now all excavation work for our own projects are in house and we can offer turn key homes in addition to our building services.
