Welcome to R-14 Airsoft, New Jersey’s go-to field for affordable and original airsoft events!. . Organized by a cadre of military and civilian volunteers, R-14 Airsoft draws on a wealth of airsoft and multi-service backgrounds. National events at Fort Drum, players from the heyday of Wrightstown and Tolland fields, NCOs with varied deployment and training experiences. We’re all active players here, and eager to give back to the NJ airsoft community by producing events that are fun and original. From our annual 24-hour Vietnow, to winter’s Santas Vs Elves, we have many popular game series and are always introducing new ones. This field isn’t “speedsoft”, nor is it strictly “mil-sim”; there’s a unique theme for every event, and we ensure that there is substance behind the objectives you’re battling for. Bring your tactics and sense of humor, leave the Try-Hard attitudes at home.. . Events are held monthly, on the third Sunday. Occasionally we hold Saturday night games on other weekends in the summer; some Sunday events are adjusted based on holidays. The more you check our Facebook, the more informed you’ll be.. . Our events are primarily held at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst’s civilian-accessible Rod & Gun Club, Range 14. R-14 Airsoft producers are not employees of Range 14; we facilitate airsoft events with the permission and partnership of Range 14 staff.. . Our main field is approximately 10 acres, and has many different buildings, forts, and structures populating it. A central town, opposing fenced-in forts, a bridge, pipeline, ammo dump, and the list goes on! For lunchtime, post-game, or event sub-games, we can use two speedball fields, each with their own flavor of obstacles/bunkers.. . Normal R-14 Airsoft events are $10. That’s right, just $10 for a full day. This is the price per person that it costs at Range 14 to use their paintball/airsoft field. Any overnight games occurring Saturday into Sunday are $20. Some larger events may additionally require a $5 PayPal preregistration fee, usually to purchase lunch or consumable/expendable in-game items.. . Did you know?: All fees paid to Range 14 Rod & Gun Club directly support Morale-Welfare-Recreation programs for Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines across JB MDL. So big national events often donate a portion of their profits to large charities; but by playing here at R-14 Airsoft, you’re directly supporting your local military members and their families.
