In conjunction with creating quality horses we aim to teach quality riding skills for the rider in order to maintain the horses we produce.. . Everyone deserves to have a respectful, safe horse that is relaxed, happy to work for you and knowledgeable of the skills needed to perform.. . I believe it's more important to build a horse with a good mind rather than take things too fast, rush them and make them nervous just to achieve something in less time. This ultimately causes the horse to fall apart mentally and physically. I take my time at the very beginning to ensure a great horse at the end. . . R2 Ranch devotes time to a very special breed, Rocky Mountain gaited horses. We believe they are unique, special and full of potential. We want to help spread the word about them.
