Detailed description is Rolled Ice Cream made to order! Delicious and very fun to watch! We only use ORGANIC PURE CANE SUGAR. No corn syrup in our base. We have non-dairy as well! In 2015 I went to a meeting in Ohio. Lehman's was having a big anniversary celebration. I was encouraged to go due to them have many excited activities. When I went I noticed they have homemade ice cream. Now little side fact, I don't particularly love store bought ice cream and I have to this point never tasted homemade ice cream. Needless to say it was amazing and basically a highlight of the trip. I then came home and told my wife about the homemade ice cream and how delicious it was. About a month later my wife showed me a video from a person in Thailand making rolled ice cream and it suddenly hit me...I MUST BRING THIS TO IDAHO! After that point I begin the difficult process of bringing this ice cream here. I'm excited to say we are the first person to have rolled ice cream in IDAHO! Enjoy!
