Detailed description is Reach Cyber Charter School (Reach) is a statewide Pennsylvania cyber school for grades K-11. Now enrolling for the 2017-18 school year! Reach Cyber Charter School (Reach) is a statewide Pennsylvania cyber school for students in grades K–12. In the fall of 2016, the school will initially open for students in grades K-9. Reach, previously Advance Cyber Charter School, was recently renamed to better reflect the aspirations of the school. . The Reach Founding Board submitted its application to the Pennsylvania Department of Education in September. A decision is expected in late April 2016. Make sure to check back here often for updates on the status of the application. .
