He began by selling new construction homes and land on the weekends in Holden Beach, NC and that is where his love of construction and real estate began. After graduation and working his father in a furniture related industry he again decided that real estate and new construction were where he wanted to be in his career. He then started a construction and real estate brokerage company and bought an office building in downtown Granite Falls, NC for his brokerage and contracting businesses to be housed. In 2007 we became a part of the Realty World family in order to better serve the real estate brokerage needs of our clients. After over 10 years in Granite Falls we began our search for a larger and more visible location to house our businesses and serve our customers.
