Their mission is to educate people on how to protect and conserve natural resources. You will want to see this beautifully remodeled facility-anytime is a great time to rent it out! In 2012 the historic building (that used to be a lumber yard) was completely remodeled and is now the perfect site for business meetings, strategic planning sessions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, reunions, graduation parties, holiday parties, celebrations of life and more! The facility is located on 7 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River, across from an island preserve. Amenities include a kitchen; fireplace; newly remodeled bathroom; ceiling fans; round tables and seating for 50 inside; outside patio area; 17 picnic tables; 2 horseshoe pits (and shoes); 10 benches for wildlife viewing and relaxing along the river; an adult swing; a swing set; and BBQ grills.
