SUNDAY LIBRARY SCHEDULE: .

Open between 1st & 2nd service: 9:15a.m.

BORROWING PERIOD: Books: Two Weeks.
VHS/DVDS: One Week.

Renewal will be allowed once if no one has requested to use it..

REGISTRATION : Church uses current Church Directory as registration list to check out library materials.
It is a requirement that the completion of a Library Registration slip be completed and maintained in the Church Library for anyone whose name does not appear in church directory.
A person need not be a church member to borrow books..

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Ask or e-mail Librarian to see if a particular item is available in Library..
.
REQUEST FOR LOANED OUT BOOKS/VHS/DVDs: A Hold slip will be attached to the Pocket Card of item/s being requested.
Upon receipt of returned item/s, requester will be contacted that item has become available in Library..
.
Donations: All donated items to library (Books/VHS/DVDs) we request be of good Christian quality.
These items will be screened by Librarian or Librarian Reviewers.
At Librarian’s discretion, item/s will be either accepted or donated to other sources.
Periodically a table will be set up in upper patio area identifying FREE LIBRARY ITEMS being made available to those in attendance that Sunday morning.

In most cases books are shelved by categories and alphabetical order of the author’s last name..

Librarian will try to keep all filed (Videos/DVDs) by category in numerical order.
A printed out Video/DVD list will be available in Library.

Check out of materials: Pull Pocket Card from back of item, sign and present to Librarian who will Date Stamp the Pocket Card and Date Due Slip on Library item being checked out..

RETURN OF LIBRARY MATERIALS: Librarian will pull Pocket Card from Loaned out card file and write a letter “R” after name on card showing return of item and return Library item on to Library Shelf.

A limit of two books & two videos may be checked out.
Encouragement is given that all be responsible in assuring items are returned within the established time limits.
Continued lateness or non-return of library materials may result in late fees, reimbursement or further action limiting use of library materials.
Late fees - $ .50 per week.
Late fees collected will go towards purchase of new books/supplies/library projects.
Books/VHS/DVDs Lost: Item must be replaced or value of item paid..
