The RedShed came to be in November 2007. It started out with some old rusted weights, a squat cage and a passion for CrossFit. With the dedication and devotion of just a handful of athletes, the RedShed became a fully functional CrossFit Garage Gym equipped with: Concept II Rowers, Kettlebells, Med Balls, Plyo Boxes, Rings, Pull-up Stations, Glute-Ham Developers, Bars and Bumpers. In May 2009, we were fortunate enough to find larger space, and we can accommodate groups of 5-7 athletes at a time.
