I completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from Memorial University in 2015. From there, I worked at Goodlife Fitness in St. John's as a Personal Trainer, where I became a Certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro. I am currently studying to become a Certified Exercise Physiologist through CSEP. . . Through my educational and professional experiences I have helped people lose weight, gain muscle and strength, and develop healthy habits through exercise programming and nutritional advice. . . I have rehabilitated people who were injured in motor vehicle accidents by developing and implementing a strength and conditioning program. .
