Detailed description is River Brook Farm I am a worke at River Brook Farm and made this page on behalf of them to spread the word of their wonderful farm.. River Brook Farm is a place you can go to shop every Saturday from 10AM-2PM. We have a great variety of vegetables like collards, greens, and other seasonal fruit and veggies. We handle our vegetables in an Organic matter and have been Certified Organic until recently because of time, money, and paperwork. There are also free range chicken's eggs that you can buy here at the farm, whole goat, sheep, and other kind of meats. There is also deserts from Beach Lake Bakery, Flower Power, Tonje's milk and yogurt, Calkin's cheeses, and pies from Diana's cafe. Local Artist's work is displayed at the farm stand that can be bought along with pottery and soaps. . We have around fifty goats that you can visit during Farm Stand hours with your family and friends and if interested even buy a few as pets. They are great as pets or breeders and have very unique and friendly personlities. If you are interested contact Alice Fitzgerald with the number listed on here. These goats are mostly Boer, but some have Newbian, Alpine, and Nigerian Dwarf in them. We used to breed goats for we were a meat operation and that's why we have whole goat for sale. . You can also visit some of the very friendly cats that we have rescued over the past years and would love to have your attention.. We are extremely against Gas Drilling because we are located right on the Delaware and the water could become ruined etc. .
