By shopping at River Rock Kids, you’re keeping your hard earned dollars with local families. We consign with local artists and then offer families a place to resale their kids gear and apparel. We’re a mixture of ebay, etsy, and all of those buy/sell groups! As an avid shopper myself, I have a price point I try to stay under for the items in our store. You don’t have to shop online to get great deals on resale items, homemade items, or even boutique style clothes. If you’re searching for local Birth Professional (Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Birth Art Services, or Childbirth Classes) we have a River Rock Birth Team. Visit us and bring your kids along to hang out in the store playroom! . . More about our store and family.... . Our family enjoys all of the outdoor adventures we are gifted in the PNW. We wanted the kids store to encompass the things we love doing as a family from hiking, to fishing, camping, or just enjoying the wildlife. . . We offer a variety of items hoping to fit most family needs with new kids clothing/gear, consignment, rentals, and custom made kids toys & furniture. You will see that majority of the resale/consignment items are clothes that will withstand being passed from one kid to the next. We've brought in a new selection of kids apparel and gear to the store, hoping to fill the gap for anything we don't offer resale. Our outdoor gear rental is currently on trial and we will continue to build our inventory if the demand is here. One of the most exciting parts to the store for us is the custom or locally crafted gifts. As a family we enjoy making furniture and love that we can offer other local artists a place to sell hand crafted items.. . We dedicated a large section of our store to a kids play area and plan to hopefully offer story time or music depending on interest. The maternity or 'mother's den' as we call it, will grow over time. I hope to eventually offer resources for expecting mother's and build a community for pregnancy/childbirth. We really have a dream of the store becoming a part of the community and supporting families in the Kalama or Cowlitz County area. Come check us out and say hi!
