Rocky Boy Clinic was awarded a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) System of Care (SOC) Planning Grant to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for improving, expanding and sustaining services provided through a system of care (SOC) approach for children and youth, with serious emotional disturbances (from birth to 21 years of age), and their families.
