We are a newly remodeled gym featuring various types of resistance training as well as different classes tailored to meet different fitness levels. . The Manager Patti is here bright and early every morning. She is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. . Ashley is our afternoon and evening girl. She is a Cooper Certified Personal Trainer. . On the weekends we have aspiring Personal Trainer Kevin and computer whiz Walt. . We strive our best to keep a clean and safe fitness environment. . . Our Class Schedule!. Sun.- NO CLASSES.
