Πρόσφατα εκλεγμένος Πρόεδρος του Συνδέσμου Ελληνικού Οίνου (Σ.Ε.Ο), ίδρυσε το 1991 το οινοποιείο του, αφού είχε οινοποιήσει σε πολλά μέρη της Ελλάδας και είχε συμβάλλει στην αναγέννηση του κρασιού της Σαντορίνης. Με γνώση και πάθος για την δημιουργία καλού ελληνικού κρασιού επέλεξε να ασκεί την τέχνη του στους –μοναδικούς στον κόσμο- ορεινούς αμπελώνες της Αιγιαλείας. Εκεί, ενώνει, στηρίζει και οδηγεί τους παραγωγούς, εξασφαλίζει εξαιρετικές σοδειές, και μέσα από την εμπνευσμένη και διακεκριμένη διαδικασία της παραγωγής, μας προσφέρει κορυφαίες γεύσεις κρασιού: Ασπρολίθι, Μικρός Βοριάς και Ιανός.. . Ο αμπελώνας των πλαγιών της Αιγιαλείας «…από εδαφοκλιματολογική άποψη, είναι ένας από τους ωραιότερους του κόσμου καθώς ανεβαίνει τις μαλακές βορινές πλαγιές και δέχεται τους δροσερούς θαλασσινούς ανέμους που προστατεύουν τους καρπούς από το καλοκαιρινό καύσωνα.
