We offer grooming and bathing services for dogs by appointment only in a cage-free environment. Your dog receives one-on-one attention from one of our experienced groomers. . . In addition to our regular hours, we are now offering VIP grooming services, grooming provided after hours by one of our four groomers in order to accommodate a client’s needs or schedule, subject to groomer availability. If a groomer is asked to come in early or stay late on a day when they are already working, a surcharge equivalent to time and a half pay will be added to the price of the grooming. For example, if your regular charge would be $50, you will be charged $75. If a groomer comes in on day we are closed or when they are not regularly scheduled to work, a surcharge equivalent to double time pay will be added to the price of the grooming. So in our example above, a $50 service would be billed at $100. On holidays and during peak holiday seasons, double time will always apply. Services must be pre-paid in advance and no refunds will be provided for no-shows or last minute cancellation. As always, gratuities are optional and at your discretion on top of grooming charges.
