Rustic Jack's Reclaimed Headboards and Custom Designs was established in October 2015 by a country bumpkin couple who share a love for all things rustic and wooden! We are inspired by all things Pinterest and Etsy related and are confident in our replications of such sites and designs, custom made by us for an affordable price!. . Follow us on INSTAGRAM @RUSTICJACKS!. . We will gladly build all bed sizes; Twin, Double, Queen, King, Bunk Beds and any other custom decor, designs. . . THE PROCESS:. . There are 10 steps to creating your finished product:. 1.) The Design. 2.) The Size. 3.) The Stain . 4.) The Accessories (optional). 5.) The Talk (between Builder and Customer). 6.) The Payment. 7.) The Build. 8.) The Finished Product. 9.) The Pick-up/Delivery. 10.) The Feedback . . CUSTOM ORDERS:. We welcome the creativity of others and your custom requests! If we are able to accommodate your wishes with confidence, we will absolutely bring your wooden headboard/footboard visions to reality. . . STAINS: . Please find our available stains in our Photo Albums provided by Minwax. These stains will be an additional cost of $50 should it be a request for your piece. Should you not see the stain you are looking for we will be happy to find it for you but that will fall under a custom request. That price will be determined between the builder and customer.. . PAINT:. We will do our best while working with Home Hardware, Rona, Lowes and Home Depot paint specialist employees to match any paint swatch you would like in order to achieve the look you would like for your head and/or footboard. This is an fee of $95 per design. . . VARNISH:. A clear protective top coat will be applied in a matte, stain or gloss finished to protect the wood from being damage by surface accidents unless declined by customer request. The cost per headboard/footboard for varnish is $50. . LIGHTING:. Additional requests such as: Clamp Lights (painted or sprayed in your choice of colour) or built in lighting fixtures shown in our photo albums are an additional cost outside of the purchase of your head or footboard. . . SHELVING:. Built in Shelving requests will be an additional cost and prices will be determined between builder and customer prior to payment.. . THE DEPOSIT:. We request a 50% (non-refundable) booking deposit for orders over $100 or that are personalized in any way (names etc) prior to the start of building. . . We will require the remaining outstanding balance when we contact you to let you know when your piece is finished PRIOR to pick up and/or making delivery arrangements. Delivery/Installation costs will be added to the balance at this time. . . We accept EMAIL MONEY TRANSFERS and CASH ONLY.. . SALES & DISCOUNTS:. At different times throughout the year, we want to show our appreciation to those who support our business and spread the word! . . CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION:. PICK UP & DELIVERY:. We try our best to complete your order in a timely manner but want our work to reflect our passion for our craft. A turn around time will be discussed between the builder and customer prior to payment and it is our GUARANTEE that the date agreed on, will be honoured. . . We are located in the town of Elora and will deliver for an additional fee of $20 to Acton, Rockwood, Elmira, Maryhill, Guelph, Fergus, Erin.. . Any additional delivery locations surrounding the GTA are available and will differ in price depending on driving distance and fluctuating gas prices. We are currently charging .50 per/km according to Mapquest from our door to yours and back.. . INSTALLATION:. For an additional fee of $50 per hour, we will gladly install your Headboards, Footboards, Decorative Side Rails and/or Decor upon delivery should it be required.. . Installation is MANDATORY for any Bunk or Loft/Desk Beds. . . FEEDBACK:.
