Detailed description is SAIL is an authorized public charter school of academic excellence. SAIL is scheduled to open in August of 2017. SAIL is an authorized public charter school for arts-infused learning and will open in August 2017. SAIL has a statewide attendance zone welcoming students from Columbia, Richmond, Burke, Lincoln, McDuffie, and other counties. Sail will open up as a K-6 public charter school and add a grade a year until it is full K-8 school servicing approximately 600 students. It is our vision that through the infusion of the arts, we will set a new course for academic success by providing students with a unique and engaging learning experience.
