Detailed description is Helping seniors with decisions and transitions faced in the golden years. Coordinating the follow up as well as personal needs for them also. Life Enrichment Coordinators entails so much more than just senior case management. $5 per 15 minute telephone conversation, or... For $25 I meet with you or your caregivers/sons, assess your health, your needs, your wants and your heart's desire as well. At that point we decide if you want to stay in your home or move to a retirement community of some sort. For $100 I will coordinate all your personal needs (phone calls from MY end) to help you stay in your home (home services, transportation, caregivers, home health, shoppers, activities, trips). If you want to move to a retirement community, we will go over all my information based on 30 years of working with seniors here in Josephine County and we will visit at least 3 communities for you to "get a feel". I have worked the past 12 years as a Life Enrichment Coordinator for very active seniors within an independent community, and prior to that I worked for Oak Lane, Addus Home Health, Senior Services, and Love Joy hospice. I also worked for GP School District as a C.N.A. (certified and worked at highland house many moons ago!) for Special Ed and the Multi-handicapped programs.
