Specifically, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) are the main evidenced based therapies I have used. Additionally, upon the needs of the client, I am eclectic in nature and am familiar with a variety of different theoretical orientations. . Counseling can be an outlet for personal development and growth. I practice exploring the clients own world, as a team, to achieve growth. Building rapport, a therapeutic alliance, and trust are ways I have facilitated successful therapy. This aids the client into learning pro-social behaviors and positive life patterns..
